What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and optimise a portfolio of customer-facing WooCommerce portals
- Build, customise, and maintain high-performing, secure, and user-friendly web solutions with WooCommerce and WordPress
- Proactively lead future enhancements, integrations, and automation initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional, scalable solutions
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows and improve platform performance
- Ensure consistent branding while supporting client-specific customisations
- Oversee technical projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery to quality and timelines
- Strong commercial experience with WooCommerce and WordPress development
- Proficiency in PHP, HTML/CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, and understanding of theme and plugin architecture
- Experience with API integrations (REST, JSON) and external system connectivity is highly advantageous
- Knowledge of performance optimisation, security, and scalable web infrastructure
- Familiarity with B2B ordering workflows and UX best practices is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with non-technical stakeholders
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to lead technical decisions and mentor others
