About the role
This is a fixed-term opportunity through to December, offering the chance to step into an established environment and make an immediate impact.
In this position, you will help maintain and extend existing automation frameworks and regression suites while supporting end-to-end testing across a broader delivery lifecycle. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure business requirements are translated into effective and practical automated test coverage.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks and regression test suites.
- Support end-to-end testing across system, integration, and UAT phases.
- Translate business and functional requirements into effective automated test coverage.
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and key stakeholders throughout the delivery cycle.
- Support release activities, regression execution, and defect management.
- Contribute across both automation and functional testing as required.
- Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365.
- Strong commercial experience using Playwright and TypeScript.
- Experience across both UI and API testing.
- Comfortable working in Azure-based environments and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
- A hands-on approach with a strong focus on delivery and outcomes.
- Ability to step into an existing environment and quickly take ownership of core testing responsibilities.
- Exposure to test planning, mentoring, or broader QA practices.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman and REST-based services.
- The ability to contribute across both manual and automated testing when needed.
