- We are seeking a seasoned Technology Change Lead (or Senior Change Manager) to support the successful delivery of a major enterprise-wide technology transformation. This role will take a hands-on lead in ensuring operational readiness and smooth adoption of new systems and processes across the business.
- You will be responsible for driving all aspects of the change transition including cut-over planning, training, SOPs, stakeholder engagement, and business process updates. The focus is on aligning technology delivery with business needs while minimising disruption.
- Own the development and execution of change management strategies for a large-scale tech programme
- Lead operational readiness planning, supporting deployment, go-live, and post-implementation activities
- Develop and manage training plans, SOPs, and communications to support successful technology adoption
- Engage closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment, compliance, and impact management
- Mitigate risk by embedding structured change practices into the programme and maintaining readiness checkpoints
- Proven experience leading change in complex, regulated environments involving technology transformation
- Strong understanding of change delivery principles, from planning through to training and adoption
- Able to interpret and work with technical documentation, compliance requirements, and SOPs
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences
- Confident working in high-visibility, cross-functional delivery environments
- Length: 12-month contract
- Location: Auckland (Hybrid working model)
