- We are looking for a Technical Test Lead to take ownership of quality engineering as this enterprise builds out new API's across their entire landscape as part of a wider modernisation programme of work. This role blends technical leadership, strategic influence, and hands on delivery.
- You will play a key role in shaping testing practices, influencing technical decisions, and driving the adoption of scalable automation frameworks. Working closely with engineering and product teams, you will ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle.

- Define and drive the overall testing strategy across platforms, APIs, and data systems
- Influence technical decisions around testing approaches, tools, and frameworks
- Lead and mentor junior and mid level testers, fostering a strong quality culture
- Remain hands on with automation, API testing, and integration testing
- Design and build scalable, reusable automation frameworks
- Oversee testing across ETL processes, databases, and data warehouse environments
- Integrate testing into CI CD pipelines and improve release quality and speed
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality outcomes
- Own test planning, execution, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Proven experience in a Technical Test Lead, Lead Test Engineer, or senior level testing role
- Strong background in API testing across complex, integrated systems
- Experience working with platforms built in C# or .NET
- Deep expertise in test automation and framework development
- Hands on experience with API automation tools such as Postman or similar
- Strong working knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience testing ETL processes, databases, and data warehouses
- Strong SQL skills across MSSQL and or Oracle
- Broad testing experience including functional, system, integration, and performance testing
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery environments
- Proven ability to mentor, guide, and influence technical teams
