The Opportunity
Join a fast-paced project as an Intermediate Technical BA where you’ll help define and deliver solutions across business and tech teams. If you're confident working with ambiguity and can create clarity, this role offers an immediate opportunity to add value.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories
- Map processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support automation
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure feasibility
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues (RAID)
- Support backlog prioritisation and planning
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder walkthroughs
- Validate solutions against requirements and support handover to BAU
- ~5 years’ experience in Business/Systems Analysis
- Strong process mapping and documentation skills (e.g. BPMN)
- Experience improving workflows and designing future-state processes
- Confident managing RAID and stakeholder communications
- Comfortable engaging with technical teams
- Familiarity with Agile delivery (JIRA or ADO)
- Clear communication skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Pega is a plus
