We’re seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong data expertise to join a large-scale, complex programme. This role will see you working across enterprise-level data migration and integration initiatives, collaborating closely with data engineering teams to deliver seamless outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as a bridge between stakeholders and data engineering teams on large-scale projects
- Gather and document business and technical requirements through workshops and interviews
- Define and support data migration strategies, ensuring accuracy and integrity across systems
- Work with data engineering teams to align requirements with solution design
- Manage and prioritise Jira tickets to support delivery within Agile sprints
- Support integration projects, ensuring smooth data flows across enterprise platforms
- Proven experience as a Technical BA on data-centric projects at enterprise or government scale
- Track record of delivering large-scale data migration and integration programmes
- Strong facilitation skills with experience running stakeholder workshops to define functional and technical requirements
- Familiarity with Agile delivery, including backlog and Jira management
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work seamlessly between business and technical teams
- Comfortable working directly with data engineering teams on complex requirements and delivery challenges
- 6-month initial contract with possible extension
