About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Solutions Architect who brings real-world experience designing and delivering complex end-to-end solutions across cloud, integration, and enterprise platforms. This is not a developer-turned-architect role — we’re looking for someone who has genuinely led architecture at scale, and is confident in making decisions that balance technical integrity with delivery reality.
You’ll work in a modern, cloud-heavy environment with both legacy and greenfield systems, supporting product, engineering, and business teams in shaping technology outcomes that deliver value.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead architecture design across large, enterprise-wide initiatives
- Design solutions that integrate cloud platforms (AWS and Azure), APIs, legacy systems, and digital products
- Provide technical leadership from initial architecture through to delivery and handover
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, delivery, and business teams
- Communicate architectural options and trade-offs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Maintain alignment with security, scalability, and business continuity principles
- Stay hands-on and involved in delivery phases to support implementation success
- Proven experience as a senior level Solution Architect on complex programmes
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS and Azure) and modern integration approaches (event-driven, API-led, microservices)
- Ability to design in environments with legacy and modern systems co-existing
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- Practical mindset with a focus on actionable, real-world architecture
- Bonus: exposure to media, digital content delivery, or consumer platforms with high availability needs
