Are you a hands-on ServiceNow Developer ready to own and enhance an enterprise platform? This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping how our business uses ServiceNow to drive performance and efficiency. What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to develop, customise, and maintain our core ServiceNow applications. Your focus will be on ensuring the platform continues to meet evolving business needs through smart design, efficient workflows, and seamless integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into functional specifications
- Design and develop custom applications, modules, and workflows on the ServiceNow platform
- Configure and enhance ServiceNow applications to optimise business processes
- Integrate ServiceNow with internal and external systems for automation and data exchange
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as the ServiceNow SME
- Execute test plans to validate performance, security, and reliability
- Maintain clear technical documentation and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
- Proven hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Strong background in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web development technologies
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP)
- Experience working independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Experience with Customer Service Management (CSM) or Field Service Management (FSM)
- ServiceNow CAD certification
- Exposure to Nest JS and/or React
