About the Role
- We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Automation Engineer with deep expertise with Salesforce. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex automation challenges, takes ownership of their work, and can independently drive tasks through to completion with minimal supervision.
- You will be joining a well-established team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and test suites for Salesforce-based applications while collaborating closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium WebDriver.
- Create and enhance automation frameworks for Salesforce applications.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Analyze requirements and translate them into effective automated test coverage.
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure high-quality releases.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and automated testing processes.
- Continuously improve testing standards, automation coverage, and framework performance.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Selenium WebDriver.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and functionality.
- Experience testing Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce integrations.
- Knowledge of automation frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, or similar.
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or other CI/CD tools.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications are advantageous.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or Rest Assured.
- Experience with Salesforce automation tools and testing best practices.
- Exposure to cloud-based testing environments.
