The Role
As a Network Engineer, you'll play a critical role in both project delivery and BAU support. This hybrid position blends deep network and network security expertise, ensuring secure and reliable access across IT, OT, WLAN, SDWAN, and cloud environments. You’ll also contribute to after-hours support when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on engineering support across core network infrastructure.
- Implement and manage security across physical and logical network layers.
- Collaborate on firewall, WLAN, SDWAN, and cloud integration.
- Support BAU operations alongside project initiatives.
- 10+ years’ experience in end-to-end network engineering.
- Solid skills in Cisco switches, routers, firewalls, and WLAN.
- Hands-on experience with Fortinet (Fortigate) or similar Next-Gen firewalls (mid-level).
- Configuration, troubleshooting, and security policy management
- Understanding of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), VPNs, and network segmentation
- CCNP, CCNA and/or Network/Cloud Security certifications (preferred).
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
