About the Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Digital Analyst with a blend of business analysis and technical delivery expertise to support a major transformation programme for a SaaS-style platform. This fixed-term role runs until 31 July 2026 and will suit someone who has worked within technical teams or digital projects and can hit the ground running across data migration, compliance, testing, and documentation.
You’ll join a high-performing internal team and work alongside external vendors to implement a fit-for-purpose technology solution with national reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex data migration activities including data mapping, cleansing, transformation, and reconciliation
- Provide guidance and oversight during UAT and non-functional testing, ensuring alignment with business requirements
- Create clear, audience-appropriate technical documentation and policy artefacts
- Manage and contribute to compliance and security tasks such as penetration testing, certification/accreditation, and risk assessments
- Support systems integration across multiple platforms and external vendors
- Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders and project partners in a fast-paced Agile environment
- A technical BA or digital project specialist with strong documentation, testing, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience leading end-to-end data migration projects across enterprise systems
- Sound understanding of security, risk, and compliance standards
- Experience using tools such as Azure, DevOps, Power Platform, Business Central, and Power BI
- Ability to break down complex problems and work across diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Strong communicator who thrives in structured, high-accountability environments
- Be part of a meaningful national digital programme
- Play a critical role in delivering modern, fit-for-purpose platforms
