We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the delivery of a key operational resilience programme within a large financial services organisation. This role focuses on uplifting business continuity policies, procedures, and risk controls, aligning them with the expectations of the CPS230 regulatory framework.
You’ll be instrumental in shaping the Critical Operations (CO) framework, including defining requirements, supporting the target operating model design, and enhancing business continuity planning and operational reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and document requirements for operational resilience and critical operations uplift
- Support the design and implementation of the target operating model and reporting structures
- Assist with the review and enhancement of business continuity plans
- Ensure alignment of controls and procedures with CPS230 expectations
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of programme objectives
- Experienced Senior Business Analyst with a background in financial services
- Solid understanding of operational resilience, risk management, and business continuity
- Exposure to regulatory frameworks such as CPS230 (or similar)
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Confident stakeholder engagement across technical and business teams
