We’re looking for a highly capable Project Manager with proven experience leading multi-stakeholder media or broadcast projects. In this role, you’ll take the reins on a significant digital content delivery initiative, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring operational readiness across content, technology, legal, and commercial workstreams.
This is a fast-paced, event-driven environment where strategic thinking, risk management, and seamless execution are critical. You’ll be responsible for maintaining strong project governance and compliance, while aligning project delivery with broader digital distribution strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks across multiple project workstreams
- Drive coordination between content, commercial, legal, marketing, and tech teams
- Maintain project timelines, RAID logs, and critical path analysis
- Manage compliance, reporting requirements, and operational workflows
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate key risks across the project lifecycle
- Deliver clear, timely stakeholder communication and executive reporting
- Proven project management experience in broadcast media or digital content environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and governance skills
- Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination abilities
- Exposure to rights management or contractual compliance processes is advantageous
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight, immovable deadlines
