This is a high-profile programme moving the business from legacy systems to modern technology, with a roadmap stretching over 2.5 years. You’ll start on an initial 6-month contract, with strong potential to extend.

The Role
You’ll be embedded in the programme team, supporting multiple workstreams and working closely with the Program Manager, Project Managers, technical teams, and operational stakeholders on the factory floor.
This isn’t a passive coordination role — you’ll be in the detail, across the moving parts, and trusted to keep things on track.
What You’ll be Doing
- Coordinating day-to-day delivery across a complex systems programme
- Managing schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, and actions
- Preparing sharp project reporting and supporting governance forums
- Keeping stakeholders aligned, informed, and moving forward
- Navigating competing priorities and challenging stakeholders with confidence
- Acting as the glue between technology teams and the business
- Solid experience as a Project Coordinator on transformation or systems programmes
- Exposure to manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain environments (highly desirable)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence dealing with senior, operational, and technical stakeholders
- A pragmatic, proactive style — you see what needs doing and just get it done
