This is a unique opportunity for a lead engineer or technical lead to step into a platform focused role where your work will directly enable and accelerate delivery across the organisation.
Rather than building customer facing features, you will focus on creating the core platforms, frameworks, and engineering standards that development teams rely on. You will play a key role in shaping how software is built, deployed, and scaled within a complex enterprise environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving developer experience, driving consistency, and influencing engineering direction at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build reusable platform components, frameworks, and shared services
- Create and maintain “golden pathways” to guide development best practices
- Create secure, scalable building blocks for multiple engineering teams
- Drive adoption of platform tooling and frameworks across the organisation
- Build and optimise CI/CD pipelines, templates, and developer tooling
- Promote consistency, scalability, and security across engineering practices
- Provide technical leadership and influence platform strategy and direction
- Strong development experience with C# and .NET in enterprise environments
- Proven experience building reusable frameworks, libraries, or platform tooling (SDKs)
- Experience working with GitHub or similar tooling
- Hands on experience with modern CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Strong understanding of cloud native and scalable platform design
- Experience operating at a lead level within engineering teams
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience driving engineering standards across multiple teams
- Exposure to security best practices within enterprise environments
- Play a key role in shaping engineering standards and platform capability
