We are looking to recruit an experienced Operational Readiness Project Manager to support the delivery of a mission-critical operational technology platform within a highly regulated, asset-intensive industry.
This is a hands-on delivery role focused on go-live readiness, not a communications-led change position. You will work closely with operational and technical stakeholders to ensure new systems, processes, and ways of working are safely embedded.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead operational readiness, transition, and cut-over for a complex platform implementation
- Work side-by-side with operational and technical teams to embed new processes and capabilities
- Oversee training, SOPs, and readiness documentation in a regulated environment
To be successful in this role, you must have experience working within one or more of the following environments:
- Electricity distribution experience so any touch points into electricity generation or transmission
- Utilities, energy, or electricity networks
- Infrastructure, transport, or other asset-intensive industries
- Operational technology (OT) or mission-critical operational systems
- Highly regulated environments requiring formal operational documentation and training
