You'll lead a project team of three agile squads (developers, testers, technical leads, a product owner, an architect, and a scrum master), acting as the key liaison between engineering, product, and business. Expect to own the plan, the reporting, and the risks, keeping delivery on time, in scope, and aligned to business outcomes.
You'll need:
- 8+ years delivering complex technical projects and leading cross-functional teams
- Proven experience with API-led and event-driven integration projects (please ensure this is included in your CV when submitting)
- Strong agile delivery background (hybrid or waterfall a plus)
- Budget and financial tracking across the project lifecycle
- Confident reporting to senior leaders and C-level
- Web, cloud, or SaaS delivery experience
