About the Role
- We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Python Developer to join a high-performing team delivering modern web applications. This is a long-term contract opportunity where you will play a key role in both development and overall system design.
- This is not a role for someone who simply takes direction. You will be expected to contribute to architectural decisions, challenge ideas where needed, and bring a strong engineering mindset to the team.
- You will be working across backend services and frontend applications, contributing to scalable, cloud-based solutions in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications across backend and frontend
- Develop robust APIs using Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI
- Contribute to system architecture and technical design decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Ensure best practices across code quality, testing, and deployment
Skills and Experience
- Strong experience as a Fullstack Python Developer at a senior level
- Proven experience with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI
- Solid experience working with PostgreSQL databases
- Experience building modern web applications using React preferred, but Angular or similar frameworks are also suitable
- Cloud experience with Azure is ideal, though AWS experience will also be considered
- Confident communicator who can influence design decisions and contribute at a senior level
