Overivew
We’re seeking an experienced ERP Systems Administrator with proven NetSuite expertise to take ownership of a business-critical platform in a growing organisation. This is a hands-on role, focused on supporting internal users, optimising processes, and ensuring systems deliver real business value.
With around 30 internal users and growing, your focus will be on NetSuite Finance while also engaging with modules across procurement, inventory, sales, and operations. Strong communication and stakeholder skills are essential as you’ll be working directly with business users to translate problems into solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Administer, maintain, and optimise NetSuite ERP with a focus on the Finance module
- Act as the go-to expert and first point of contact for all NetSuite users
- Capture business requirements and configure NetSuite to meet operational and reporting needs
- Support integrations with other platforms including DaraSmart WMS, Ready Freight, HubSpot CRM, and EDI systems
- Troubleshoot issues, ensure data integrity, and provide clear documentation
- Partner with third-party vendors for customisation and upgrades
- Train and support users, champion adoption, and embed best practices
- Contribute a business analyst mindset to translate challenges into solutions
- Non-negotiable: Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite
- Ideally knowledge of NetSuite Finance and ideally exposure across other modules
- Ideally experience with system integrations (EDI, WMS, CRM)
- Skilled at writing documentation, mapping processes, and improving workflows
- Strong Excel skills for reporting and analysis
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal users and external vendors
- Problem-solver with a proactive, customer-focused approach
- Bonus: Exposure to SuiteScripts or NetSuite customisation (though coding isn’t required)
