About the Role
We’re looking for a Delivery Business Analyst to join a SaaS product team delivering new functionality across the financial services space.
You’ll work closely with product and development team to translate high-level specifications into detailed EPICs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. The role involves supporting the team through rapid build cycles, providing guidance, and ensuring requirements are clear and actionable.
Key Responsibilities
- Break down product specifications into user stories and tasks.
- Collaborate with developers and product stakeholders to clarify requirements.
- Document business rules, functional requirements, and edge cases.
- Support backlog grooming, planning, and testing activities.
- Provide ongoing support during development to maintain delivery momentum.
- Experience working with software development teams to deliver SaaS products.
- Strong understanding of financial systems and accounting workflows.
- Familiarity with MYOB, Xero, or similar platforms (highly desirable).
- Proven ability to decompose complex specifications into actionable requirements.
- Comfortable working in agile environments and supporting rapid delivery timelines.
