Rate: $120 – $130 per hour
Term: Initial 6-month contract, highly likely to extend
About the Role
- We are seeking a Contract Business Analyst with proven experience in data product delivery to join a critical project aimed at improving how data is designed, governed, and delivered. This is not a data analyst role, we're looking for a true BA who can bridge business and technical teams to ensure new data products are well-defined, compliant, and built for safe and effective use.
- You'll take the lead in scoping, stakeholder engagement, documentation, and facilitation, working with delivery squads, business leads, solution architects, and vendors to translate data needs into actionable outcomes.
- Lead the discovery and design of new data product initiatives
- Collaborate with delivery squads to define scope, use cases, and data requirements
- Work closely with solution architects and clinical leaders to refine and document requirements
- Develop privacy and data stewardship assessments for new data sources
- Facilitate delivery activities across stakeholders to ensure timely execution
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on data-centric products or platforms
- Strong background in data governance, compliance, and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to translate complex data requirements into clear documentation and deliverables
- Comfortable working across diverse teams including technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent facilitation and coordination skills to drive delivery forward
