About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst to support a major systems replacement programme within a manufacturing environment. This is a pivotal role, working as the project shifts into high gear from early 2026.
Following a comprehensive analysis phase and vendor selection, detailed solution design begins in March. You'll be working closely with our operations teams and the selected vendor to ensure all business requirements are captured and translated into a robust, fit-for-purpose design.

Location and Working Arrangement
This role is based in the Pukekohe region and requires 3–4 days onsite per week, with more onsite requirement during critical phases. We are ideally seeking someone local or able to reliably commute.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with business and operations teams to gather, analyse and document detailed requirements
  • Support process mapping and gap analysis across legacy and future state systems
  • Collaborate with vendor teams during solution design to ensure business alignment
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement to prioritise and validate requirements
  • Provide high-quality documentation to support the design and delivery of the target solution
  • Assist with change activities, supporting users as they transition from legacy systems
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong experience as a Business Analyst on complex systems projects
  • Manufacturing or supply chain sector background is essential
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work across both business and technical teams
  • Experience supporting users through change, especially moving off legacy platforms
  • Confident working independently and making progress in a dynamic delivery environment
