This role is ideal for someone who wants to work on meaningful, large-scale projects without the red tape — a place where you can learn, grow, and make a real impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll help design and maintain secure, scalable Azure environments, with plenty of opportunities to work on automation, IaC, and modern DevOps tooling.
A big part of the role involves supporting and improving how the organisation uses GitHub Enterprise — from Actions and runners to workflow automation and secure development practices.
You can expect to work with CI/CD pipelines, containers, cloud governance, and a wide range of engineering tools as part of a collaborative, delivery-focused team.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing and building cloud environments on Azure
- Using Terraform (and Bicep) to create and maintain Infrastructure as Code
- Managing containers and workloads using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Setting up and improving GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, and self-hosted runners
- Automating pipelines and workflows to make delivery smoother and faster
- Helping lift engineering practices, automation, and security across the team
We’re open to people at different experience levels — whether you’re earlier in your cloud journey or more seasoned — as long as you’ve worked with Azure and GitHub Enterprise in a hands-on way.
Experience with a few of the following would be ideal:
- Azure engineering (certifications like AZ-305, AZ-400, AZ-700 are a bonus, not a must)
- Terraform and IaC
- AKS and container orchestration
- GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Flow, GitHub Actions, and runner setup
- CI/CD pipelines, automation, and modern DevOps practices
- Understanding of Azure identity, networking, governance, or release processes
Please make sure you include your GitHub Enterprise experience in your CV, and we will process applications as they are received.
