Courtney has spent several years in agency recruitment, building a genuine feel for the New Zealand tech market. She's placed everyone from Project and Programme Managers to Business Analysts and Change Managers, and reckons good recruitment isn't about matching a CV to a job description, but understanding what someone's actually after.

Outside of work, she's planning her next trip, working through a bowl of laksa, or belting out anything from Careless Whisper to Shoop Shoop at karaoke. She switches between her Kiwi and Northern English accent depending on who she's talking to, once dreamed of being a marine biologist, and is a cat person, dog person, and seashell collector all at once.
