Abbie partners with Wellington organisations to build IT capability at pace, from programme mobilisation to large-scale transformation and team builds. She specialises in contract and senior permanent talent, working closely with leadership teams to get ahead of capability gaps, balancing speed with impact so teams scale quickly without losing quality or cultural fit.

If money were no object, she'd be off exploring somewhere new, picking up far too many hobbies along the way (bass, guitar, drums and DJ decks are all still works in progress). She's a black coffee then tequila kind of person, can't go past Mexican food, and happily admits she's "talented at all things fast and dangerous", and firmly team cats-and-dogs, with a childhood dream of being a firefighter that never quite left her.
