ABOUT THE ROLE
This role will specialise in service improvement, you will assist with the transformation for this organisation’s cloud services. You will be responsible for service improvement and customer experience, this will involve new features in automation.
You will be required to apply standardisation, automation and code for exceptional customer experience. You will contribute to the DevOps Cloud operations and managed cloud operations, processes and procedures utilising Agile, DevOps and Lean Practices. 


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Experience in operations or service management 
  • Experience across multi cloud initiatives within agile environments
  • You will have a customer centric focus
  • Engaging stakeholder skills
  • Problem solving abilities
  • Christchurch location considered also
