ABOUT THE COMPANY
- This is an enterprise level organisation with a great opportunity to work with moving parts across their external Auckland sites.
- Service Desk Analyst opportunity for a 6 month contract with potential for extension.
- You will be working in an enterprise environment, supporting various internal and external staff remotely
- You will be on a roster for F2F service every 8 weeks
- You will be a competent troubleshooter, with the initiative and technical ability to take on challenges and committed to solving issues.
- Excellent communication skills and follow up
- Ideally you will have experience in an enterprise Mircrosoft environment, with Active Directory
- Experience with Service Now
- ITIL qualification a bonus!
