Job description

  • This is an enterprise level organisation with a great opportunity to work with moving parts across their external Auckland sites.
  • Service Desk Analyst opportunity for a 6 month contract with potential for extension.
  • You will be working in an enterprise environment, supporting various internal and external staff remotely 
  • You will be on a roster for F2F service every 8 weeks
  • You will be a competent troubleshooter, with the initiative and technical ability to take on challenges and committed to solving issues.
  • Excellent communication skills and follow up
  • Ideally you will have experience in an enterprise Mircrosoft environment, with Active Directory 
  • Experience with Service Now
  • ITIL qualification a bonus!
