Your role will see you delivering on the strategic direction for the client’s portfolio, providing best practice delivery leadership. You will be ensuring that Service Management and Operating standards are understood and adhered to so you will bring your passion for service and continuous improvement to this role.
You will managing a team, with responsibility for team results, project pipeline management and delivery.
SKILLS / DUTIES REQUIRED
- 7 years’ experience with Service Delivery
- Strong ITIL background and qualifications
- Around 5 years’ experience managing teams
- Strong stakeholder relationships skills
- The ability to influence.
- Contract and financial management skills
