About the company

We are currently working with a large Healthcare company based in the CBD who have a trans-tasman presence. They have recently aquired a large NZ business so their user base is 2000+.

About the role 

This business is currently having a capacity issue in their service desk and they need someone at a Level 2 skillset to come on board.

Requirements for the role

  • Familiarity with helpdesk protocols.
  • Experience in analysing and reporting on trends 
  • Strong customer service ability 
  • Experience with ITIL would be a bonus 
  • Has used various ticketing systems and can jump in and help manage tickets.
