Due to up-and-coming technology changes and enhancements to our client’s business, they are now actively seeking the support of an experienced Lead Business Analyst to led multiple workstreams across system and process improvements.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Lead Business Analyst, you will be working in a well-developed project environment working across varying workstreams related to process and system changes within a large application team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, staff members and SME’s on application and data related initiatives.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrated experienced as a Senior/Lead Business Analyst in large and complex environments
- Hands-on experience in workstream planning and management working with multiple business units simultaneously
- A champion of best practices with significant experience across Lean and Agile practices including Kanban and Scrum Ceremonies
- A background in supporting business requirements, business process mapping, and business process improvement
- Established stakeholder management experience with strong relationship building skills
- Professional communication skills (verbal & oral) with the ability to articulate information clearly
- Collaborative team working approach with notable business analysis coaching and mentoring experience
