About the role

As a Knowledge Advisor, you will look after the Knowledge Management workflow processes to ensure documents are reviewed, approved, and published in a timely manner. You will ensure that Knowledge is current, relevant and maintains a consistent format and technical level for the target audience.
You will be strong on developing relationships with SME’s, ensuring contents relating to new ICT processes, services and applications are provided promptly, analysing, and reporting on the findings of content usage and identifying areas of improvement.

Key requirements for the role include
  • A strong understanding of technology, combined with skills in customer service
  • ITIL certified, with demonstrated understanding of ServiceNow or the Helpdesk platform.
  • Up to 5 years of work experience with at least a year of Knowledge Management or Technical Writing
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
