Recruit IT is working with an enterprise level client with a cross platform customer facing application who have recently been going through a digital transformation and have a great vision for the future of their business. 

The role
  • You'll set the direction and establish the approach of their operations, improve their IT infrastructure, and optimize their business operations.
  • You'll integrate their information applications and programs.
  • You'll guide and influence technology at a high and implementation level.
  • Leveraging great skills of persuasion combined with a deep understanding of architectural principles and methodologies, you’ll work with the wider team to ensure technology solutions are conceived, designed and implemented in ways that enable, rather than disable, the business.
About You
  • Evaluate internal functions, business development strategies, and IT processes and suggest improvements.
  • Create business architecture models to reflect the organization's strategies and goals and create and implement business visions and goals.
  • Evaluating systems engineering, talent recruiting, and accounting models for discrepancies and vulnerabilities.
  • Suggest ideas to reduce costs in IT and business leadership.
  • Organize training to improve employees' knowledge and skills for future organizational growth.
  • Conduct research in talent management to improve the organization's business operations.
  • Provide business architecture and systems processing guidance.
  • Ensure the efficiency, security, and support of the organization's goals.
  • Create methods for compliance architecture, such as data storage, metadata management, and change control.
  • Determine and implementing build versus buy strategies, mentor personnel, and views of the overall business strategy.
  • Determine the overall Cloud strategy across the business and drive their Digital Transformation Journey
