Job description

We are currently working with an organisation poised to change the landscape of Auckland for the better. There is an immediate requirement to get talented individuals in the door, for an initial contract through to October – but with likely extensions, or potential to go permanent longer term.
You will be responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of a range of documentation across a large, complex programme of work. This programme includes multiple workstreams all working towards the same delivery dates in September, so your ability to effectively prioritise and manage your time will put you in great standing. Along with being able to implement information management best practise and coordinate the flow of document releases
  • Extensive experience as a document controller, creating a wide range of high quality documentation in a timely manner
  • Prior experience working across projects containing technical, governance and risk factors
  • Ability to engage and work effectively alongside a wide variety of project stakeholders
  • Ability to standardise document formats, co-ordinate document updates, and gather content for document development
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
Preference will be for you to be onsite full time initially to get familiarised with the work, and your key stakeholders, then some work from home flexibility can be offered. The focus here is on getting the work done in an efficient manner, and getting stuck in where you can to help the programme move ahead.
