Job description

Our client is a national organisation focused on delivering a range of services to individuals across the country through its people, systems and support functions. There are a multitude of initiatives the business is currently working on and now require the expertise of a Change Manager to join them on a permanent basis.  

The Change Manager will be responsible to work with the wider Change Management Team to successfully implement change across new project initiatives, system or technical change and business or cultural change.

  • Demonstrated change management experience working in complex environments on project or BAU initiatives across business, organisational and technology change
  • Proven experience in the developing and implementing change management plans including change impact analysis, monitoring and reporting
  • Hands on experience with change management approaches including Prosci ADKAR
  • A champion of best practice tools and methodologies with experience working in Agile
  • Significant experience in relationship building including specialist skills in stakeholder management
  • Professional interpersonal and communication skills with engaging presentation talents
  • Experience working in a collaborative and knowledge sharing team environment
  • Skilled in the ability to define and adapt change initiatives into project plans
  • Motivating and innovative characteristics with a focus on delivery
