ABOUT THE ROLE
  • Play a part in uplifting employee experience via workplace technology
  • Lead human-centred change management, training and adoption campaigns
  • Ensure our people derive maximum value from workplace technology
 
DUTIES
  • Assess new Change Management needs and organise relevant resourcing and support
  • Provide guidance to ongoing Change Management delivery
  • Support and implement workplace technology training to drive uplift
  • Own and maintain the Digital Workplace Learning Centre
  • Report on user adoption of workplace technology services

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum 5 years complex organisational change management experience
  • Experience designing adoption campaigns for digital workplace technologies
  • Strong leadership skills through change
  • Knowledge in Human Centered Design and Design Thinking
