- Sole support person for Australasian group 3 offices

- Global organisation worth over $5 Billion
Support the business in the provision of information technology by providing first and second level support to users across client and server-based systems. Manages interactions for users between external support providers and the business. Manages the delivery and use of hardware/software solutions across the business.
They have a range of upcoming infrastructure projects such as moving to SharePoint, Microsoft Intune, and a Domain migration
About you:- Experience with Level 1/2 support
- Experience with SharePoint
- Experience with Windows, O365, Microsoft Intune etc.
- Experience within an organisation of 250+
- MSP background is great
- Excellent communication skills
