​Adi comes to Recruit I.T. with a varied background spent working in several client-facing managerial and customer service roles, as well as in recruitment. This, combined with eight years spent travelling within NZ and overseas playing semi-professional cricket, has developed Adi in to an excellent listener with the ability to genuinely connect with people. Adi works autonomously to contribute to individual, team and business goals and thrives on helping businesses find solutions and helping candidates find fulfilling careers!

Adi is a natural leader - having captained his school team in cricket from a young age, is competitive with a passion for winning, but understands the importance of working in, and as a team to deliver positive outcomes for both candidates and clients.

As well as playing cricket, Adi has a passion for travel, enjoys checking out the latest Netflix offerings, and loves the mantra - "If you think it's expensive to hire a professional, wait until you hire an amateur.”
