ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Data Engineer, you will join a priority programme of work across the organisation delivering end to end resolution of legacy/current customer issues. You will utilise your extensive SAS development and engineering experience, specifically with SAS Enterprise Guide, as well as other tools within the SAS suite (DI, Base, Macro). Using SAS technologies, your role will be to identify impacted customers, assess cost and revenue impacts, develop the appropriate solutions and propose resolution approaches.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Extensive experience in SAS development and engineering, with expertise across SAS EG and other tools in the SAS suite.
Broader data engineering and analytics experience and comfortable using SAS and SQL technologies.
Proven experience in data-driven environments and responsibility for data extraction, analysis, reconciliation, and validation.
Background working in agile environments, experienced as a part of a project team using Agile methodologies and processes.
Exposure or experience to the financial services industry and products.
