Ben Allen- Director
Ben commenced his ICT Recruitment career in Switzerland specializing in software development (particularly in the telecommunications space). He has worked for multinational recruitment providers since 2001, until successfully establishing New Zealand owned, Recruit IT Group Ltd.
Prior to recruitment, Ben had a professional rugby career, playing both in NZ and France. At a bantam weight of 115kgs he wasn’t a ½ back, preferring to maul the ball from the front!
Ben continues to be a driving force behind Recruit IT. He delivers to his clients in very much a hands on capacity, with a supportive team around him to call on where necessary.

Michelle Skelton - Account Manager
With over a decade of combined recruitment and corporate training experience Michelle is well placed to offer advice to candidates looking to make their next career move.
Whilst Recruit IT has very much a KIWI heart, Michelle, like Martin also hails from the UK , having lived in NZ with her husband Richard since 2004. When not busy studying up on the latest technologies Michelle can be found travelling the globe or supporting a couple of her other pastime pursuits, aka, the Warriors league team and the ….Doncaster Rovers!

JP Browne - Account Manager
JP’s IT recruitment career spans several years and has included working both in Ireland and New Zealand supporting a wide range of industries and organisations. Coupled with his previous military background and a strong sales history JP has a proven ability to deliver to his clients.
People who meet with JP can expect a friendly reception and a solid commercial and technical understanding. JP also has an extensive network of business contacts that can be utilised to find the right position to match job seekers’ career aspirations.
JP is a family man (married to a Kiwi) and enjoys spending time with his 2 young children. When he finds the time he can be found on the golf course or tramping around Auckland.

Kaleb Leeming - Resource Consultant
With a heartland New Zealand attitude along with a degree in business, Kaleb’s strengths lie in ascertaining your skills and conveying these to our clients. Tania Allen - Finance Administrator
After having some “time out” to have two boisterous boys, Tania has returned to working life as the Finance Administrator for Recruit IT. Apart from looking after the general finance functions of the company, Tania is responsible for the monthly payroll of our contractors.
Prior to Recruit IT, Tania was engaged by a leading ERP solutions provider in the SME as a senior business consultant working in New Zealand and Switzerland. This experience has given Tania the ability to understand the needs of businesses when adapting to changing market dynamics.
Outside of being a mum and filling out GST forms, Tania enjoys the odd BodyCombat class and enjoying an occasional glass of good Chardy.

Martin Bremner - Director
Hailing from Montrose Scotland (a place from where those with a fine dry wit emerge), Martin has been involved with recruitment for nearly a decade. Martin has both UK and New Zealand experience, having worked in the local market since 1998.
Martin is an integral component of the Recruit IT team of Directors. You will find his charismatic nature a pleasing difference. His extensive knowledge is a valuable asset to the team and his willingness to share his thoughts will provide you with a valuable insight into the current market.
Martin is very well networked with clients and candidates alike. Married to a Kiwi lass he is very much intertwined with the New Zealand way of life.

John Wyatt - Director
John has been in ICT Recruitment since 1998. He has worked in Senior Account Management and Country Management roles for locally owned and multi national recruitment providers until co-forming Recruit IT in October 2006.
Prior to recruitment, John worked for 15-20 years in the financial services and ICT industry within New Zealand. He brings to the table an array of national and international industry contacts and utilizes these to ensure clients get the resources they need, and candidates, the job they want! Outside of work John is big on skiing, football, endurance events and family. That said he enjoys the relationship building side of the industry and is not shy of catching up for a good kiwi ale.

Tara Salter - Account Manager
Tara initially commenced her recruitment career canvassing the local and global markets for ideal candidates she could then provide to the account management team. It was noted by her team that she had a keen eye for the “right match”. Tara has progressed her career and clients are now enjoying first hand her recruitment abilities.
With a double degree and a real eye for design and creativity Tara is an asset to Recruit IT and its clients. In her spare time you can find her running around the streets and hills of Wellington or renovating her Villa with her partner at home.

Patrick Lane - Account Director
Patrick is really pleased to be working for a NZ-owned, NZ-values based IT Recruitment practice. With almost 10 years of previous agency experience and 14 months on-site with the third largest IT services company in the world behind him, Patrick is enjoying working with the team at Recruit IT. “I joined the team because of their openness, their agility, their innovation and their personality.”
As an IT recruiter, Patrick is fully versed in all aspects of the Recruitment lifecycle, from in-depth initial requirements gathering through the whole matching and negotiation and post-placement follow up. He believes that successful recruitment is based upon understanding, trust and a commitment to a long-term relationship on both the Employer and the Candidate side.
On a personal level, Patrick has been married to Sarah for over 13 years and has two boys, Rohan (11) and Sean (8 going on 18). Interests are highly sports oriented, more around the boys but still an active participant in Football, Karate, Golf and boogie-boarding.

Bridget Saunders – Account Director
Bridget has 18 years experience working in Telecommunications, both mobile and fixed. She worked for Telco companies in New Zealand, Australia and the UK. Whilst in the UK she also worked as a Head-Hunter focusing on segments of the ICT sector.
On her return to New Zealand, Bridget completed a post graduate diploma in Human Resource Management and continued with her career in IT recruitment. Over the past 6 years Bridget has broadened the service sectors she works in to incorporate the full breadth of the ICT industry.
Bridget has an outgoing gregarious nature. This combined with her experience means our candidates and clients receive knowledgeable service delivered in a very pleasing style.

Holly Fenn - Resource Consultant
Holly has a passion for recruitment and is now in her second year of candidate management. Ultimately this experience results in finding you your next career move or contract placement.

Outside of work Holly’s energy is released through dancing, having received a scholarship in this capacity. Holly is also a dance coach.
